I've been at ELC a couple years and I feel the employees are really valued here. The company is driven by the strong Lauder family values still to this day. There is a lot of great talent in the company and for the most part the leadership is inclusive, encouraging and wants to help you grow.

Everyone is friendly and courteous towards one another. There is no pettiness and no cut throat competition amongst colleagues.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview process is sometimes overly lengthy (multiple weeks between interview rounds) and the communication isn't always ideal and requires follow ups.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is super collaborative, supportive, and driven. This makes for a winning combination as everyone is working together and aligned towards meeting the same goals. My team is also very process oriented which makes it possible to work in an effective and organized manner.
