I have been with the company for 7 years now and have no intentions of leaving anytime soon. It truly is such an incredible corporation to work for which starts with our leadership. I cannot imagine working anywhere else.

Our team really encourages collaboration. Everything is done as a team and we are all willing to help each other because we know we are all working towards the same goal.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our company was built by family, and the family is still very much embedded in everything. Our leaders truly foster an environment of "business family" which enables us to work better together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team really embodies are commitment to diversity from heritage standpoint to career paths. They empower all of us to lead from our chair no matter what level we are at and really value everyones perspectives.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the people that I work with. I am inspired daily by the passion, innovation and creativity I see. Each day my peers challenge me to be my best in my expertise and to never be afraid to go after the big ideas.
