The positive parts are working as a team, being satisfied that we have done our best work and looking forward to the rewards for our hard work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership team is good at communicating their plans. Occasionally they do polls for the company to gauge ideas/feelings/perceptions - I think they should do more of this.
