I connected with my prospective managers in the interview and immediately knew I would be happy in the team
What is the best part about your compensation package?
All elements of the compensation package have value to me. Of course receiving a bonus is very much appreciated but knowing that I have health care and a good pension scheme is reassuring too
What are some of the best things about your team?
They put the team first and ensure that we meet our goals collectively. if one member is overloaded at a point in time they are confident to raise it and can rely on another to help out
