Overall it appears that the company do a lot for their employees, but when it comes to the day to day working the experience is awful. Despite showing as a flexible workplace the reality is quite different. The culture is toxic as are many of the Senior Management.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There needs to be more respect for the employees, there's a real lack of kindness and empathy. It is very hierarchical and not collaborative.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is very low in comparison to the market. There is also a huge discrepancy within the company, with large pay gaps between people doing the same job on the same grade with the same amount of experience etc. New hires are often paid far more than existing employees.
