Overworked and underpaid. Seriously horrible work/life balance. Do not expect to have children (or outside interests, or a dog) and succeed. If 60-70 hour work weeks on a fashion salary sound good to you, then try it. If not, steer clear.

Strategic thinking, globally-minded, excellent experience and knowledge base, friendly and positive.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Less laser focus on process and achieving milestones. Most time spent in process and/or repetitive meetings. Systems milestones often hold up work that could otherwise proceed in the physical realm, if not for a construct telling teams they must wait until xyz. Create time for thinking and working.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Work around the clock on a salary that does not afford a lifestyle to make up for lost personal time - eating all meals out, house cleaner, etc. instead feel in a continual mode of stress and chaos in which it is impossible to keep up with work or home.
