Stay clear. I joined Expedia about two years ago and am very disappointed in leadership and the amount of organizational upheaval. The company has reorganized three times. Employees are trying to make it work, but frankly as soon as you start to get traction, things change. Turover is very high.

Base salary is the best part.

Leadership needs to set strategy and offload too execs that are not team players.
