Corrupt company, not good to work there. Working there for little bit more than 2 years was a great experience, showed me what to avoid in the future and how to not trust people, how to not trust in anything what a supervisor or your manager says.

Honesty, promoting people based on knowledge not on friendships

Having vouchers is cool but promotions sounds better if you preform well

Less corrupt, more honest would help on lot of things, it would offend some people though
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They are cool, they try their best all the time. Some of them have no plans for their future so they work less efficiently after a while like for them results doesn't matter. It would be cool to improve that, but I guess not only expedia has they kind of people
