The best thing about my team is that my are local to me.

TOO BIG. This ship is so large that the leadership team can not effectively steer it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The leadership clearly wants to make Expedia a great place to work that does great things for customers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think the leadership is strong, but perhaps poor managers. The middle management level is too large and very poor.
