A lot of things can be improved. Management needs to pay more attention to employees.

Everything. They act like its the best place to work but everything needs to be worked on

The supervisors do not take their time to accomadate you or what you need. They do not stay true to policies.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to stick to policies. One on ones are supposed to happen twice a month with your supervisor but are rarely ever done
