Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I had found out (through being submitted an offer to join a team owner by the parent company), that the compensation for the position I had been at the time was far below market average. That was infuriating that I had to find it out via the internal recruiter. I learned a valuable lesson that day.
