the company goals as said by the CEO and CTO are lost in translation when it gets to the bottom level. Teams are still operating in silos and worried about their own deliverables and teams rather than work for the company as a whole

Company does not spend enough time to integrate acquisitions and it shows

Underdog potential. When people become customers they are surprised at how great our solutions are to solve problems for them.

More investment in programs/solutions that will at least level set us with the competition.
