What is the best part about your compensation package?

I get too go to a mental health coach, therapist provided by Family Dollar due too the fact Family Dollar on Washington Road!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I was called straight worthless by my district manager and in front of the line full of customers because my assistant manager says I was too happy and my voice was loud she accused me of being on drugs in front of a line full customers

I feel undervalued because they don't pay for the hard work and dedication I've shown in my 2 years. Also providing a better/cheaper health care plan would go a long way

I wish i could contribute to a 401 k or something. Maybe there is and i just wasnt taught about it

I would be nice if we could at least get any jind if discounts or snything to show that we are appreciated for the work that we do

To get a paid vacation after 5 years I have been told that I wasn't eligible a vacation after 5 years by a DM I would be appreciated appreciate it to be paid for my vacation they make your job very stressful

Ive worked at this store for 3 months and it has rurned around since ive been there ivebeen left to work the store bymyself five times and noone called to check onme me or said thank you i believe i Deserve a raise not a dollar ,ive put my safety on the line for Family dollar
