Customer service on a legitimate dispute is very poor. Rep hung up on me while i was trying to explain my issue.
I had an issue with a movie ticket I canceled the same day I purchased it the movie was for the next day. I am owed a credit of $10.28 but your customer service department can't seem to understand that since I never got my credit and I contacted them after the movie that they can't refund my money
Wonderful. For a company this size, it is hard to find a better place to work than Fandango.
