Everything needs to be change . Just change the whole company because they are trash
Honest conversations across the board between management and the entities we contract with as well as management with the labor force. They need to find a unified message.
Lead by example and recognize and reward people more often.
Less strict on taking away benefits and the rules and more focused on employee recognition and encouragement.
