Everything. Communication with workers and mostly safety! Put security cameras in lockers give workers support answer their questions help them understand train them always it’s ab noxious and impertinent the fact

Honestly, everything. Its a new company in town but they are not organized and extremely rude to ball their employees.

They need to confront issues and have difficult conversations instead of ignore or skirt around them

"LISTENING" to their employees at all times.

Not enforcing a 90 percent Adherence but rather focus on 85 percent or better. People do have to use the bathroom.
