New company all together starting from scratch

Never gonna happen, but care about the wellbeing of employees and customers. provide better compensation and benefits and more thourough training.

no organization, no clearly defined roles , no job stability or confidence (no one is proud to say you work here )

Rude customer, nothing you have to improve.

Long days when not very busy sitting in toll booth.

Supervisors get away with unprofessional behavior, they should be held accountable for their actions and words on the job

There is way too much going wrong to even start

Give annual raises, increase PTO for each year worked, and make a program for diversity and inclusion.
