Because they only care about their customer and not the employees. They over work you and underpay you to deal with rude stupid customers

Everything needs to be change . Just change the whole company because they are trash

Honest conversations across the board between management and the entities we contract with as well as management with the labor force. They need to find a unified message.

Lead by example and recognize and reward people more often.

Never gonna happen, but care about the wellbeing of employees and customers. provide better compensation and benefits and more thourough training.
