For your avg branch or warehouse position. Its a job. You might make ends meet. They consistantly do not value or reward the working class employee. I'm sure if your in a higher/ upper management role you'll do better. Otherwise loose elsewere for employment.

Yes. Undervalued. More recognition both comensation wise and thought better communication

Better communication from leadership. More recognition of the peope actually doing the work
