Great personal and industry growth potential. As the company grows management has lost sight of the people doing the day to work. Pay is not keeping up with inflation or cost of living. Women are not treated equally and anti-harassment policy is lacking.

Interview process is fair and has checks and balances.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In my particular role my management is responsive, helpful, and willing to teach as well as help when needed. Very easy to access and supportive. They help innovate ideas and come up with solutionsl.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the team is eager and energetic, willing to learn , and willing to help. You feel like part of a family at times, and sometimes they will think of something you hadn't thought of.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people that are as eager as I am to grow sales, get new business, and find new solutions. The customers who trust me and look forward to working with me, it makes it all worth while.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Change anti-harassment policy. Zero tolerance should be the standard. Stop protecting long term employees who aren't meeting expectations or no longer benefitting the company, they are holding back others. It runs off a lot of good employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical insurance plan is great, while a little pricey, there is great coverage, few denials, and no required referrals to specialist. Paid time off is fair and you earn more overtime with the company. Provide everyone with a small life insurance package at no cost, enough to cover basic cost.
