My overall experience with Fastenal has been ok. Standard 40 hour work week, no overtime, no weekends, no holidays. The insurance isn't the best, no short term disability, no vision insurance, no infertility benefits, no maternity or paternity leave.

The customers that I serve.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I was paid more fairly including bi annually or annually raises. Also, if there was better benefits offered that alone could make up for the lower pay.
