They should stop sabotaging company property because they are bored and keep up with their responsibilities.

It's not safe, extremely long hours with no breaks, and we're criticized by management because we don't do the work of 30 when we have 5.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It needs to be safer as all the machines are unkept and break often, causing many injuries. There needs to be accommodations for those that pull long hours and need a snack and/or lunch. And management needs to care for their employees more.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are severely understaffed and expected to pull unreasonable weight and hours to make up for it, all to be paid minimum wage. Instead of punishing employees for "lack of productivity" for using the restroom and such, hire a few more people and increase wages for the incredible labor force.
