The corporate people don't care, at least about me. They don't talk to me and I don't even know their names. I rfeally hate it there, but I'm going to retire. I never will have to worry about looking for another job asnd having to use this place as a job reference
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I never had an interview with this company. They bought out the company I worked for. Things have gone downhill from there.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have low expectations, so I don't really know what is fair. I can pay my bills and live comfortably, so that's how I judge.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I think it's a hopeless case, because they don't care and don't believe they need to. It's to easy to replace a part time person with another part time person.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They don't care about employees as people. My supervisor doesn't even work in the same city as me. When he comes to my location, he doesn't even speak to me
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I work in a room with guys I have nothing in common with. They are loud and have no consideration for my feelings. I turn my headphones up as loud as I can stand, but have a hard time drowning them out. I tell myself that when in the dungeon, act accordingly. Show up, shut up, and shove off
