Open communication I feel like my voice is always heard whether it be from a manager or the RVP I have the ability to communicate effectively with who I need on the team
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping customers and showing them how Fastenal is a solution to help their business grow. I like making my customers' lives as easy as possible and showing them what our Blue team is capable of.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
You have the ability to grow your sales to grow your pay,but your full pay is not strictly commissions you have a minimum you will always have then can grow infinitely over it. the power is in your hands.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt like I could openly talk with the managers and express my thoughts and concerns with them providing positive feedback and answers. I feel like Fastenal likes to promote from within so they are always scouting people for future rolls within the company
