At my store specifically is that we all get along. Culture is non-existent at Fastenal. The uppers just care about pleasing shareholders and don’t care who they lose in the proces
Lower prices, actually price items on the shelves since it makes it twice as much work for employees to run to a POS and have to scan in every item for a price.
