Work with really good people but I'm telling you again the management is absolutely horrible the plant managers good the deputy plant managers good but when it comes to everyone else is an absolutely horrible experience especially dealing with HR you cannot go to HR without being yelled at

Better management when HR is firing people for work-related injuries morale kind of drops

Well no one wants to interact with management because all they do is yell at us or fire people for getting snippy with them back
