My job is all about me working 12 hours a day and getting a below-market average salary. In 3 years I never felt that I am working for an MNC, pathetic work culture, and no fun at work. Global policies are flagship but in India, it's like a blue-collar job for Engineers working in R&D.

Leadership is only focused on revenue. Employee suggestions are not welcomed. In fact, in the tech center, engineers are treated like production workers.
