What did you like most about the interview process? That was a long time ago & the process is a lot different now,
What makes you most happy at work? The paycheck on every Friday.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? Most all higher ups & execs are upbeat & willing to help. As with all organizations, there are the one or two that always belittle people & make you seem you are readily expendable. The overall vibe of the environment is excitement & customer service.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Pay is lower than most comparable types of retail. Fiesta is one of the only companies I have ever seen that does not offer an employee discount. They used to, but it just disappeared.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Store manager needs to be equal to all the employees not just a handful as if she's been doing she has cut my hours one of the cashiers left because she wanted her to stay there till 5 PM and she told her I'm taking a class she wasn't able to stay till that time. For myself, she has cut my hour
What does the leadership team need to get better at?By letting all employees know that they're there saying good morning good afternoon or etc.
