it is inherently a complex environment. I like the leadership is aware of macro issues
1. execution focused and creative in overcoming challenges 2. emphatic towards others when other priorities get in the way of completing a committed task 3. sense of accountability
Variable portion of total compensation should be paid the year it is earned and not over the next three years. RSUs can be in addition for better performance (if applicable) but can't convert compensation to "to be paid over time"
