I enjoy the market where we operate, I enjoy a lot having so many capabilities and assets that allow us to compete in different business areas, being a respectful company. We need to increase responsibility on senior leaders (ourselves) in terms of controlling cost/HC instead of central decisions

The continuous challenge of the industry and the speed of the company. I could not be happy in a slow company
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the chance of leveraging on the different company assets (capital, talent, geographic coverage, customer base, etc) to build something new, get a new customer, grow a business line, make an alliance, etc and be able to execute it! Basically the possibility of almost define the scope of our job
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Comparing my total comp as well as the perks to the market at a fair and reasonable comparison I am at least 30 % below. I love my job and the company so I am not considering leaving but really it hurts a little when looking outside in terms of responsibility and tangible value brought(ACV,OI, Rev)
