There is a cultural shift going on that some longtime employees have characterized negatively. I would argue the current leadership is making tough decisions that are absolutely necessary to keep the company on the right track. Improvement is still needed but I believe we are making great progress

They are a sophisticated group of individuals who know what it takes to succeed in a dynamic and competitive marketplace
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The newer management team really strives for success. They set stretch goals and push people to be better. Mediocrity is not accepted, and I like working in that type of environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is a great sense of camaraderie, it really feels like we are "in it together". There are frustrating things that happen at work over the course of the day or week but you know that you can lean on others for support or assistance and it makes it easier to push through challenging times
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel like my skill set is perfectly matched to what I do day-to-day at work. I LOVE the work, I really do, and I feel like I have support from management to be able to do the work. It's supremely gratifying. I also think my boss is the best manager, I look forward to interacting with him regularly
