over the last ~ 2+ years, the culture has changed...we were a bit more people and client service oriented we've gotten more expense conscience and bottom line focused while in many cases our service and client care is falling in a marked way.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
While i beleive the base pay is on par with the market, moving a heavily weighted stock option for variable, TI is not good when it was formerly more cash intensive.
