Generally positive although there have been moves made in the last couple years that have concerned me that our culture is shifting. I am concerned at the amount of attrition in the past 12 months and volume of client emails saying they are not receiving a reply to issues raised.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel I am very fairly compensated at the market going rate for my skills and experience.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The energy and enthusiasm the team has for the company, although I must say it feels like this has diminished somewhat in the last couple years.
What makes you most happy at work?
Doing a good job and planning so that as far as possible a project runs smoothly. I like going home and feeling as if I've been busy but productive busy versus spinning my wheels busy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The willingness to jump in and help each other out, particularly so that a colleague does not need to work during down time. Plus everyone is willing to go that extra mile to bring a project to conclusion.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Change communication and flexibility are areas where Fiserv seems to be lagging behind. There has been a lot of change in the organization and we often hear of fairly major change by chance. The fixation with office/location-based work is also not befitting a tech innovator.
