I have always felt challenged and been given great opportunity to grow professionally at Fiserv. It is a fast paced environment and not for everyone but it is a perfect fit for me.

We laugh - a lot. We have fun and we work hard.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team works very hard but we have fun together. We know when to dig in deep to make hard decisions, everyone gives grace when it is needed but also knows when to hold each other accountable in a professional way.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have recently taken on a significantly larger amount of responsibility and received no compensation for the additional work. I am disappointed in this and have talked to my leaders. I do believe my leader is working to fight for this.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Overall vision for Fiserv is big but attainable. I appreciate how the leadership team pushes each of us to continue to reach higher. The leadership team holds themselves and others to a high standard - which means they trust us to do the right thing!
