The culture and environment at Fiserv is very inclusive.
What makes you most happy at work?
Delighting my clients! When I can solve a problem, over exceed on expectations, or proactively provide something of value to my clients, it feels great!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are accessible and approachable. I'm not afraid to tell them good or bad news. They dig in and get involved to help a client. I never feel alone in my job, and I consistently have the full support of my leadership team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has great experience, not only at Fiserv but within other Fortune 500 companies, FinTechs, and payment firms. My team is also very diverse, and there is a great deal of respect for each other and the different contributions we all bring.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package is probably the cash salary, but I love that just about every Fiserv Associate is a shareholder with the equity opportunity in our comp packages. It gives us all skin in the game, and we feel the direct correlation of hard work paying off!
