What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I appreciate most is their openness and candor, the fact they are very approachable and just how truly passionate they are about the success of Fiserv. They are a motivating group!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical options, healthy life insurance options, family coverage, re-instatement of 401K match (although I wish it were 6%) and unlimited time off, even though I don't take much time away. It's nice to know it's there.
What makes you most happy at work?
Turning around unhappy clients. Discussing w/ clients their strategies for growth and then walking alongside them on that journey as their partner. Collaborating with teams to create/execute strategies that bring value to our clients. Learning, engaging, coaching, supporting, collaborating.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
2023 has a very positive vibe. The wonderful work our Product GMs have been focused on is incredible. Our stock prices have improved & we seem to be acclimating to the tough personnel changes that took place over much of 2022. It truly feels like we're on track to accomplish amazing feats!
