Company culture is client first and always. There is very little care for employees or benefits of any sort that help. I believe employees should be treated well so that we perform well and want to do well for the company and clients. Moral is low because of this.

The team I work with and the boss I work for.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team and the immediate people you work with. Beyond that, divide really happens.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Reviews/yearly raises are simply not performance based. You are forced into categories and have no leverage to negotiate, even sometimes told after the fact. The raises are below average and do not correlate to job title or work, based on averages in the same tech fields.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Take HR out besides passing info along. Let the hiring manager see all that they want to interview and let them do the communication. Recruiters simply don't know specifics and often slow down or clog up the process. Multiple recruiters for one interview is also not needed.
