Clover is cool, but we were bought by first data who was bought by Fiserv. Now I get the feeling that we're the only horse on this team without a broken leg and I wonder if our talents would be better spent replacing crumbling infrastructure (the banking system in general) rather than propping it up

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are 50 of us at our site and 48 of us write code regularly, so while the rest of the industry is trapped in aging infrastructure, we can dream up a new feature and have it in the field in a week.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
ACH and Credit cards are fundamentally flawed because the secret number that authorizes control of funds is impossible to keep secret (you share it with people in order to spend money). Our industry is built around pretending we can keep such payment channels safe. Cryptocurrencies will crush us
