Trust Director-level decisions. Stop criticising & informing us of how your father brought you up.
Way to busy due to many people wearing multiple hats; more layoffs as of 6/1/20 which means existing staff will be even busier / paying less attention to detail and even more mistakes.
Current CIO needs to trust his team more and stop micromanaging. Also stop walking away from people as they are speaking, expecting them to follow you - very humiliating. So much more I could add - not a person you want to work for very long (much turnover).
