HC is laughable. Stock and 401K cut for remainder of year.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Middle management consistently reports results in a very positive manner which is inconsistent with reality.
What makes you most happy at work?
Solving problems. I'm an optimist and believe this could be a great company if middle management could start being honest with leadership.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hard working, knowledgeable professionals in some groups. Other groups I wonder how they make it to work with you the help of Google maps.
