Reductions in force, elimination of benefits under Frank Bisignano - cancelled 401k match, cancelled ESPP, greatly reduced employee recognition program and eligibility.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Recognize the company is successful, and communicate/treat the staff that way. Stock price has been terrific. Stop treating the place like a suffering startup. Reinstate benefits. Empower middle management.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
New leader Frank Bisignano is already a nightmare. Manages by dictate. Zero empowerment. Only he can make any decision. Can't even backfill a position already in the budget when someone leaves. No communication. Looks and feels like a Venture Capital buyout.
