Started out very positive but as the local culture has been pushed out and the site leaders have left it has started a generally downward trend that has resulted in a very different company than the one I first started working for.

Focus on employees and customers. Right now ots all about shareholders.

Work well together on any issue. Always willing to cover for emergencies that arise.

Bring back compensation benefits and make a real effort to recognize those who go above and beyond.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They had multiple openings and I was directed to ones that they felt I was a best fit for.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Hard work isn't rewarded. Built an entire department back up from a single worker. Still didn't receive a promotion or pay raise to reflect the work done. Instead it was a year and a half before a promotion materialized and the pay bump was not comparable to the work put in
