Very few coworkers will not help you. Coworkers from other business units are always looking to "pass the buck". Again, the cancer starts with management.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
(1) Replace a large percentage of leaders including first-line managers. (2) Change company culture at the top and allow your vision to trickle down. (3) Stop promoting brown-nosers or people that meet a statistic.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Poor leadership-(1) everyone wants to be a boss but no one wants to actually work. (2) managers are more concerned with their image and career than with their team and their clients. Siloed, lack of camaraderie, too many lawyers, too many managers. All a failure of senior/executive leadership.
