Each of them are the best in their fields. They have all had bigger and more complex jobs in their past, yet very focused and extremely diligent on delivering the best outcome for our clients, associates and shareholders.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is the balance between the salary and the equity ownership - vested interest in the growth of the overall company. As the company does well in the future, what one might believe to be the total compensation today, can be a multiple of that in the future years.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Clients are at the center of everything we do. We put associates safety and wellbeing at the top of our priorities. All decisions flow from those basic principles. Every leader is expected to know their space really well and always be prepared to discuss their plans and challenges in detail.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is completely aligned to the goal. It is a shared objective that we all are intimately aware and embrace. We openly share the challenges and ways to over come it as a collective team. We are not afraid to challenge each other and include everyone in the decision making.
What makes you most happy at work?
To build a diverse and deep talented workforce that can sustain growth and solve problems for our clients for a very long time in the future. Leave everything we find, better than how we found it in the first place - the ability and the empowerment to get that done everyday!
