What did you like most about the interview process?I like that the manager has patience with me and that they uphold to the open door policy.
What makes you most happy at work?Making money still being to being in workforce that believes that people can chance and use their worst asset their best for someone else like what I not strong at they will be. Work make it better for me to be better and get things done with dependencies of other companies that gave up me.
What are some of the best things about your team?There fun and about business the get things done fast and safely. They make everyone feel welcome I can't say that I am all time but as long as their good then I get a joy in that. They help each other and still uphold the meeting goals and making new one
What would you most like to see improved at your company?i wouldn't want anything to change i think its great
What would you improve about your company's interview process?They will literally hire ANYONE. They need to actually look into who they're hiring.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Everything. This compant never follows any of its mission statements or follows through with any statements they make.
