Very good so far. I have met wonderful people and the onboarding process has been smooth and I feel important in the company. I think I made the right decision to join Fivetran.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It is good, however slight improvements are required. I hope politics and favouritism are not there. It seems transparent culture so far, however time will tell going forward.

Growth mindset and dedication to make it an employee friendly company.

flexibility good pay package and nice culture of supporting each other

be communicative, co-ordinate and share experiences on what they are working on, and involve.
What makes you most happy at work?
Less meetings, good team members and the work that I am doing for the team and company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stocks and bonus are the best part about the package. I also like the health insurance for family.
What makes you most happy at work?
No Monday blues, no politics, good support from the manager and freedom to work on what you like.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
What I have seen so far is that Red tape does not exist. All processes are smooth and offer flexibility.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are flexible and think about comfort of the team members. My manager asks me what I want to work on. So I feel like at home.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the value given to employees and the employee friendly policies encourage employees to contribute to the company and stay with the company. The overall package to the employee is good. I don't see any micro management so far. No politics involved so far and comparatively less meetings.
