Ability to lead and support the rest of my team and organization. My ideas are heard and openly/honestly discussed and then put into motion, if accepted. I have a voice.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Openness to conversations, even with lower level employees - everyone has a voice. Seem to genuinely care about the success and direction of the company, willing to pivot on new ideas when it makes sense.
