What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team puts a lot of emphasis on transparency as well as work-life balance which trickles down from the top and truly impacts us all.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
For me, the best part about our compensation package is definitely our health benefits. I also really appreciate the additional support that we receive from Fivetran regarding mental health needs and other household needs like legal advice, etc.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Value one team one dream is truly something that every single individual I have interacted with lives by. I have never met a tea made at Fivetran that I didn't feel was completely dedicated and motivated to the overall mission of our company.
What makes you most happy at work?
There are so many things that make me happy about work! From the snacks to the positioning of our product in the market to the funny comments that our COO sometimes makes in meetings, every day at Fivetran is a different social experience!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This company has put a huge emphasis on creating a close-knit culture; everybody seems to be friendly and wants to get to know you on a personal level. That being said it doesn't go too far in the direction of being "culty" we all have our own lives and still feel close!
