Executive Bio

Ms. Donna Inch has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ford Motor Land Development Corporation since January 2010. Ms. Inch joined Ford in 1978 as an Industrial Relations Analyst. She has held a series of finance and management positions in Ford Customer Service Division, Marketing and Sales, Product Development and other automotive operations, including: manager, worldwide revenue; manager, North American pricing; and North American Marketing and Sales controller. Just before joining Ford Land, she served as Finance Director of Ford Customer Service Division, where she was responsible for financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, long-range business planning and internal control, as well as, financial and operational responsibility for Global Warranty Administration. She serves as a Director of Percepta, LLC, a subsidiary of Ford Motor Company. Ms. Inch serves as a member of the Eastern Michigan University Dean's Advisory Board and recently became the Ford Corporate Executive Champion. She was appointed Chairman of the Board of the Detroit Metro Convention and Visitors Bureau in 2014 and serves in an advisory capacity for a number of national/global real estate organizations. She is a member of the Ford Finance Executive Recruiting Committee, and is actively involved in Ford's Employee Resource Groups, serving as the champion of Women in Finance and as a member of the Professional Women's Network executive board. She also serves as a board member of HAVEN, a non-profit organization in Oakland County, Mich., that promotes a world of safe, equal and accountable communities. Ms. Inch was recognized as one of the top women in finance in the November 2009 Treasury and Risk magazine; as one of Crain's Top Women to Watch in September 2010; and was listed as a Crain's 'Newsmaker.' She was inducted into the Midwest Real Estate Hall of Fame in 2011, featured in business magazine's 2013 Powered By Women, and named one of WJR's 'Women Who Lead' in 2013. She was named a Women and Leadership in the Workplace 2014 Honoree. Most recently, Ms. Inch received the Ford Motor Company Global Diversity and Inclusion Award and was also honored by the Michigan Women's Foundation as a 2015 Women of Courage and Achievement Honoree. She holds Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Business Administrationfrom Eastern Michigan University.
