Jason Luo — - at Ford Motor Company

Mr. Jason Luo served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ford China at Ford Motor Company from September 01, 2017 to January 29, 2018. He was Vice President at Corporate Ford. Mr. Luo leads all of the company's operations in Greater China including its import business, Lincoln, its passenger car joint venture Changan Ford, commercial vehicle investment in Jiangling Motors Corporation and operations in Taiwan. He serves as a Senior Advisor at Crestview Partners, L.P. Mr. Luo served as the Chief Executive Officer at Key Safety Systems, Inc. since March 8, 2007 until September 1, 2017 and its President since January 2005 until September 1, 2017. Mr. Luo served as the President and Chief Operating Officer for Asia Region at Key Safety Systems. He served Chief Operating Officer at Key Safety Systems, Inc. since January 2005. He began his career at Key Safety Systems in 1997 as Director of Engineering. Mr. Luo is Chairman of the Detroit Chinese Business Association Advisory Board and sits on board of Michigan State University Board College Alumni Association. Mr. Luo serves on the Board of Directors of Stackpole International, Accuride Corporation and JR Automation Technologies. He also serves as a Member of the Advisory Board to the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. Mr. Luo served as Vice Chairman of Key Safety Systems, Inc. until September 1, 2017 and served as its Director since January 2005 until September 1, 2017. He was also named the Regional Entrepreneur of the Year in 2015 by Ernst & Young for entrepreneurial excellence in automotive supplier category. Mr. Luo received his M.B.A. from Michigan State University, an M.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Toledo and B.S. in mechanical engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology.
